This sweet homemade air fryer banana split is made in under 10 minutes using only a few ingredients and tastes so delicious!
You all went wild for this recipe video I posted over on my Instagram, so I wanted to write it up and share here for those of you who prefer written recipes.
Why You'll Love This Recipe
- This vegan air fryer banana split is so simple and quick.
- It only takes a few ingredients and you can change it up to be exactly how you like it with optional toppings.
- You can make this a healthier lunch or snack option by topping with seeds, nuts, vegan vanilla yogurt, dried fruit, etc.

- Should I peel the banana before putting it in the air fryer? No! The peel of the banana provides structure once the inside of the banana starts to caramelize and get gooey. If you don’t have the peel to hold everything in, you’re going to have a mess in your air fryer. Leave the peel on.
- Is this vegan air fryer banana split freezer friendly? Unfortunately, no. These are best served fresh. Fortunately, they don’t take much time at all to whip up when the craving hits.
