Vegan crispy air fryer avocado fries make a perfect quick and healthy snack or side dish that is creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

File these air fryer avocado fries under recipes that you never knew you always wanted. That reminds me of a song…

"You're all I ever wanted. You're all I ever needed."

*NSYNC, but also me to these avocado fries

Okay, that may be a little bit dramatic, but these air fryer fries really are that good. Part of what makes them stand out from other boring side dishes is that they are crispy fried goodness on the outside and soft creamy goodness on the inside. They’re just the right balance of crunchy and smooth.

When I first tested this recipe, I made my avocado fries a lunch all by themselves, but I also love them as a quick snack or a side dish to go alongside burgers, tofu nuggets, or eggy sandwiches

I love how quickly and easily these avocado fries come together in the air fryer. Definitely a bonus as the weather is heating up since nobody wants to heat the house more by running the oven.

I definitely recommend that you try these air fryer avocado fries with my copycat Raising Cane’s sauce.  However you decide to try them, I would love to hear your reviews in the comments section.

This is a fabulous recipe! Because I have Celiac, I substituted crushed-up tortilla chips for the panko bread crumbs and otherwise followed the recipe. It was easy and delicious. Thank you!
